The Opportunity

The Global Growth & Digital Sales team at Adobe ensures customers achieve success relative to their intent and derive meaningful membership value while delivering Adobe shareholder value seen in ARR growth and critical metric performance improvements. The team drives global growth through key business levers such as promotional strategy, free customer conversion, add-on/up-sell, and customer retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Understand the market and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and drive Adobe’s business forward.
  • Partner with marketing, product management, analytics, and commerce teams to understand business trends and develop insights across acquisition, engagement, and retention funnels.
  • Perform data analysis and deep dives into customer segments, their challenges, and behaviors to build out optimal customer journeys that generate incremental revenue while improving relevancy.
  • Prioritize business growth opportunities (e.g., segment, route-to-market, journey etc.) and develop business cases to deliver against these opportunities (test, implement).
  • Create an end-to-end execution plan for your proposed strategies and programs, including a measurement framework to assess performance and market impact.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2025 – June 2026.
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on business case analyses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels in highly cross functional matrixes.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data from multiple sources such as Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, and SQL.
