About the Role:

We are looking for someone passionate about digital marketing and possess a strong can-do attitude, who's in tune with digital trends, social media, great with numbers , data statistics and game for challenge in a fast growing start up!

 

Responsibilities
•  Responsible for setting up paid ad campaigns on Meta/Tiktok/etc to generate leads for different client accounts across S.E.A. (SG, MY, VN, ID).
•  Constantly monitor performance of campaigns and optimise to achieve leads volume and CPL targets.
•  Create creative assets and ad copies to test and learn and optimise accordingly.
•  Evaluate and suggest improvements to UX/UI of landing pages to increase conversion.
•  Ensure pixels are set up and campaigns are tracking accurately.
•  Build and maintain dashboards to track performance, reviewing these regularly with team members and recommending potential optimisation.
•  Identify opportunities and proactively suggest new ideas to achieve targets, without needing constant direction.
•  Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in performance marketing.

 

Requirements

Requirements
•  Results-driven and highly accountable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
•  Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital paid ads management, either with B2C brands or with agencies/consultancies
•  Proven track record in driving BoFu conversions and achieving ambitious revenue targets
•  Proficient with Meta and Tiktok, other platforms are a plus
•  Able to multitask and handle multiple campaigns at the same time
•  Proficient in written and spoken English
