Job Overview:

As a Mexico Vacation Specialist, your role will be to assist clients in planning and booking the perfect vacation to Mexico. Whether they’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway, a cultural adventure, or an all-inclusive resort experience, you will provide expert guidance, offer personalized recommendations, and handle all aspects of their booking. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about Mexico, love travel, and enjoy helping others create memorable vacation experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and vacation goals. Help them choose the perfect destinations, resorts, activities, and experiences in Mexico.
• Tailored Vacation Planning: Provide expert recommendations on the best places to visit, accommodations, and local experiences in Mexico based on the client’s needs (e.g., family-friendly, luxury, adventure, etc.).
• Booking Coordination: Handle all aspects of the booking process, including accommodations, flights, tours, and transfers, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the booking process, addressing questions or concerns, and offering ongoing support.
• Promotions & Sales: Promote special deals, exclusive vacation packages, and new destinations in Mexico to potential clients. Help clients make the most of their travel budgets while planning memorable vacations.
• Travel Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Mexico travel, including new destinations, resort openings, and special promotions to provide clients with the most relevant and current options.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Location: Must be a resident of the USA, Mexico, or UK.
• Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Independent Contractor Status: This is a 1099 business opportunity. You will manage your own taxes and work independently.
• Experience: No prior experience required—training is provided! This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to start a career in travel.
• Technology: You will need a computer, reliable internet connection, and phone to communicate with clients and manage bookings.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set your own hours, and meet goals with minimal supervision.
