The opportunity
As the Manager of Faculty Systems and Records, you will be responsible for daily operations of systems and processes related to faculty applications and reporting. You will be experienced and knowledgeable about business operations, data analysis, payroll practices, and quality assurance. You'll report to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Faculty Scheduling.
We are a remote friendly work environment.
What you'll do:
- Build Global Campus payroll submission for faculty payroll of over $130m and multiple cost centers. You'll prepare all term-based and bi-weekly faculty payroll submissions to ensure accuracy and validity.
- Exercise sound judgement and discretion on policy to make timely decisions regarding payroll related questions, compensation and course final payments in the absence of the AVP of Faculty Scheduling.
- Lead process improvement of all processes to reduce errors, redundancies, and system downtime.
- Lead solution efforts through investigating and resolving matters on behalf of management.
- Provide backup in absence of the AVP of Faculty Scheduling, to include approving time in Workday, personnel management, and administering policy.
- Be the backup for the Credentials Specialist, understanding the processes required to verify, update, and report on faculty credentials. Coordinate and consult on faculty reporting related to accreditation.
- Manage data integrity maintained in the Faculty Applications. Manager will provide oversight of the data sync between multiple systems to include Faculty Applications, Banner, Workday and Seczetta.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in a business related field
- 4 or more years prior experience in data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets and perform complex functions) and MS Office Suite products

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $51,608.00 - $82,590.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $57,027.00 - $77,155.00.
