 As a Foresight licensed therapist you will:

• Deliver therapy to school district employees, manage your schedule in partnership with the school district, and document notes in our EHR with a company-provided laptop and second monitor (as requested).
• Provide attuned psychotherapy to individuals along with the option to provide services to additional treatment units (couples and families), virtually or in-person 
• Perform assessments, provide diagnoses, and create treatment plans and progress notes, with the freedom to leverage therapeutic approaches that work best for you and your clients. 
• Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care.

What Foresight Offers:

• Competitive Compensation Package:
  • For full-time, earn a base salary range of $59,000-$69,000 per year based on your desired weekly hours
  • For part-time earn a base hourly rate of $38.00

• Flexible schedule:
  • Chose to work remotely or in a hybrid setting of remote and in our Goodyear, AZ office
  • For full-time schedule, enjoy flexibility to chose between 30-35 hours per week; Monday-Thursday between 12pm-7pm or 1pm-8pm and 11a-6p on Friday. Option to work Saturday in lieu of a weekday
  • For part-time, enjoy flexibility to chose between 15-20 hours per week with the hours of  3pm-8pm Monday-Thursday and 3pm-6pm on Friday. Option to work Saturday in lieu of a weekday

What We're Looking For:

• We're seeking a therapist who is truly passionate about delivering individual therapy for school district employees, with a commitment to client-centered care and a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. We value forward-thinking professionals who are eager to share with and learn from others and stay at the forefront of the mental health field.
• The right candidate must:
  • Be an active, independent Arizona Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Not have opted out from Medicare (although we do NOT require our providers to see Medicare patients).
  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
  • Have access to reliable and stable internet while working remotely; experience with Google Suite is a plus!
