Job Description:
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating transaction risk (i.e., high brand risk, prohibited activity). In addition, the individual contributor will ensure our partners are compliant with program standards through testing, monitoring, registrations and will support incremental improvements to Payment Services programs related to transaction monitoring.
- Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of an organization to ensure compliance with standards.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You’ll Do It
- Maintains documentation of compliance activities including complaints received and investigation outcomes.
- Conducts and directs internal investigation of policy issues.
- Identifies issues that require follow-up and investigation.
- Escalates violations of policies through appropriate channels
Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field
- 4+ years of experience in Financial services, or related experience
- In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in AML, Fraud, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Analysis, or related experience

Bonus Points If You Have
- 6+ years of experience in AML, Fraud, Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Financial Analysis, or related experience
- Investigations & documenting experience in Payments
- Excellent communication skills- verbal and written
- Experience handling/pulling data
- CAMS Certification, other Compliance, Fraud, Audit or related certification

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
