Junior Video Editor

As a Junior (or intern) Video Editor at Deblock, you’ll be working closely with Claire Balva and our talented design team. In our fast-paced and creative environment, you’ll bring your passion for visual storytelling to craft engaging videos for YouTube and TikTok. From concept to delivery, you’ll be involved in editing, adding motion design, creating dynamic short-form content, and designing eye-catching thumbnails to drive viewer engagement.

Your attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to producing the best possible content will make you a valued part of our team, as we aim to bring digital media to new heights in the FinTech and Web3 space.

👀 What we are looking for

• Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, iMovie, or DaVinci...)
• Familiarity with motion design to enhance videos and create engaging visual effects
• Basic knowledge of short-form content creation for platforms like YouTube and TikTok
• Ability to create attention-grabbing thumbnails
• Strong eye for design, visual storytelling, and detail-oriented work
• Enthusiasm for learning, adapting quickly, and working in a collaborative environment

🤩 What will make you stand out

• Fluent in French 🇫🇷
• A portfolio showcasing your video editing skills and motion design work
• Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve
• Knowledge of current social media and video trends

🧑‍💻 What you’ll be working on

• Edit videos for Unhosted YouTube channel and other social media platforms
• Integrate motion design and animation to enhance video quality and engagement
• Create short-form content for YouTube and TikTok
• Design thumbnails that drive clicks and maximize reach
