About the role:

Are you ready to take the next step in your project management career? We're seeking a Junior Project Manager with a solid grasp of project management principles and a proactive approach. This remote role is ideal for someone with some experience who is eager to lead projects and grow within our dynamic team.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with teams to plan, execute, and finalize projects on time and within budget.
  • Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate status updates, risks, and issues effectively.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead project meetings, fostering team collaboration and resolving challenges.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate remote teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
