Job Overview:

As a Group Travel Consultant, your role will be to help clients organize and book group trips, providing personalized travel planning services for families, businesses, schools, and other organizations. You will assist with everything from securing group discounts to coordinating accommodations, flights, transportation, activities, and more. This is a flexible, commission-based position perfect for self-starters who enjoy working with people and have a knack for organizing complex travel plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Consulting with Clients: Work directly with group organizers to understand the needs of their group, including preferences, budgets, and travel goals. Offer expert advice on destinations, travel dates, accommodations, and activities.
  • Booking and Coordination: Handle all aspects of the booking process, from arranging flights and accommodations to booking group transportation and organizing activities that meet the group’s interests and needs.
  • Group Discounts and Offers: Negotiate group rates, promotions, and discounts with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to ensure the best value for clients.
  • Travel Itinerary Creation: Build customized itineraries that include all necessary details (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) and deliver them in an organized, easy-to-follow format.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire planning process, from initial consultation to post-trip follow-up, ensuring the group has a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Sales & Marketing: Promote group travel packages, special offers, and destination highlights to potential clients, and meet sales goals through effective marketing and client outreach.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Location: Must be a resident of the USA, Mexico, or UK.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Independent Contractor Status: This is a 1099 business opportunity. You will be responsible for managing your own taxes and working as an independent contractor.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary. Training is provided! We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and passionate about travel and group coordination.
  • Technology: You’ll need a reliable computer, internet access, and a phone to manage client communications and bookings.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, set your own schedule, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
