The Inside Sales Representative, better known as Resolution Consultant, plays a fundamental role in achieving sales growth and revenue growth options. The right candidate is focused on making at least $100k per year and is comfortable handling high call volume and converting prequalified leads into clients through different Tax Defense Network/MoneySolver sales techniques that you will learn during paid training. The job requires computer literacy to perform all functions necessary to successfully complete an inside sales job.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle high volume inbound sales calls daily
• Proactively follow up on open contracts and perspective clients
• Manage an active task list of clients daily
• Maintain a closing rate of at least 20%
• Assist with special projects as needed 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum education is High School Diploma
• Proficiency with the MS Office Applications
• 2 to 10 years of sales experience, preferably at least 3 in call center or phone setting environment focusing on services

• Ability to work and thrive in a team environment
• Ability to communicate via phone and email with clients
• Ability to display empathy when dealing with clients
• Be confident and comfortable in a highly active sales environment
• Multi-tasking and ability to quickly learn new products and services
• Excellent documentation skills required
• Exceptional active listening
• Proficient computer skills 
• Must be money driven! 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Sitting at a desk and working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
• Continuously requires close vision, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, twisting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling,      bending, crouching and keyboarding.
• Occasionally requires lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching overhead and reaching at or below shoulder level.
• Frequent light work that includes moving objects up to 15 pounds.  

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Indoor office setting.
• Noise level moderate.
• Working in close proximity to others (not applicable to remote or work-from-home status)
