Your mission

We are Klim, a Berlin-based clean-tech company revolutionizing climate protection by scaling regenerative agriculture in Germany and Europe. We have launched the worldâs first digital platform for regenerative agriculture, which is already being utilized by thousands of farmers.Â
By marketing the associated climate protection services to companies, primarily in the food industry, we provide financial compensation to farmers for their regenerative practices and offer high-quality advisory services.Â
Supported by leading investors, including Atlantic Food Labs, Ananda Impact Ventures, and AgFunder, we are now expanding our team and seeking a DevOps Engineer to work hand in hand with the CTO, engineering team, and other stakeholders.

Your mission
You will take full ownership of the development & deployment lifecycle, along with our cloud infrastructure & automation tools. You will work closely with the engineering team and other stakeholders to implement scalable & efficient development processes and cloud infrastructure that follows best practice and optimizes delivery of our platform and ambitious roadmap.

What is our tech stack?

ReactJS (TS) for our core web client
NodeJS & Express (TS) for our core API
Python & TS for our microservices
Postgres for relational DB & Sequelize ORM
AWS and related services for our infrastructure & microservices
Atlassian software (Jira, BitBucket, etc) for workflow

Your profile

At least 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in related roles.
At least 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services & infrastructure.
You have deep knowledge of cloud deployments, CI/CD, and related tools & processes.
You maintain strong understanding of microservices, SOA, containerisation & orchestration technology.
You have strong understanding of agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and devops best practices.
You are Passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment and enthusiasm for doing something positive.Â
You are fluent in English.Â
