Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role. Proven experience with ServiceMate software is required. Experience in generating reports and handling data analysis is highly desirable.

Core responsibilities:

Accurately input, update, and maintain data within the ServiceMate software. Ensure all data entries are complete, correct, and consistent with company standards. Manage and organize electronic files and records to ensure easy retrieval and proper documentation. Utilize ServiceMate and other software tools to generate detailed reports, including job summaries, financials, and performance metrics. Prepare and distribute reports to relevant departments and stakeholders as required. Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents. Assist with the preparation of invoices, quotes, and other customer communications.
