Position Summary

As a Security Analyst on Teladoc Health’s Cybersecurity Team, you will be responsible for collecting, managing, and reporting security-related information from multiple data sources. This role will provide key data analytics associated with Teladoc’s cybersecurity program and overall security posture.
 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Metrics Management: Develop and manage the governance process for identifying and implementing new metrics.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from various security sources to perform metrics reporting and trends analysis.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to gather necessary data and ensure the accuracy and reliability of metrics.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to cybersecurity and technology leadership.

  • Assessment: Periodically review and assess existing metrics to ensure they align with the metric program and objectives.

  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of methods, analysis, and observations.

In addition to the above, this role will be encouraged to make improvements in existing metric collection and analysis processes and will work with tools, such as PowerBI, to create on-demand reporting of the metrics.
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.

  • Data structure and organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with security tools and data (PowerBI, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Security, or related field.

  • Experience: Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in a security or IT environment.
