Job description

Job Overview:

As a Cruise Vacation Specialist, you will work remotely to assist clients in planning and booking their dream cruises. You’ll leverage your knowledge of cruise lines, itineraries, and destinations to provide personalized recommendations, answer inquiries, and create customized travel plans. This position is ideal for self-starters who enjoy working independently and have a passion for travel.  No experience is necessary, training is provided.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, recommend suitable cruise options, and tailor vacation packages based on their needs and budget.
  • Booking Management: Handle all aspects of the booking process, from initial inquiries to final reservations, ensuring smooth and seamless experiences for clients.
  • Cruise Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest cruise deals, itineraries, promotions, and new ships to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing concerns, questions, and changes to bookings in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales & Promotion: Promote special offers, exclusive deals, and upcoming cruise packages to potential clients, ensuring targets and goals are met.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Location: Must be a resident of the USA, Mexico, or UK.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Independent Contractor Status: This is a 1099 business opportunity. You will be responsible for managing your taxes and working independently.
  • Experience: Prior experience in travel, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required. We provide training to help you succeed!
  • Technology: Access to a computer, internet, and phone to communicate with clients and manage bookings.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, set your own schedule, and meet targets.
