If so, join our Professional Services Change & Transformation team as Professional Services Operation Team Lead!

Regnology, a leading provider of software solutions for the financial services industry, is searching for a talented Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, resolving, and streamlines processes and structures impacting our Professional Services organization.

 Your key accountabilities are:
  • Team Coordination:
    • Lead a team of Ops and Data Specialist, distribute tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Motivate a team of Professional Services professionals, providing guidance and support.
    • Facilitate daily team stand-ups, manage resource allocation to ensure support and coverage on the upcoming tasks
    • Foster a collaborative, positive, and results-driven team environment.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency of processes and support our data-driven organization.
    • Identify and address operational issues and challenges proactively.
    • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Professional Services Support:
    • Provide support for more complex issues, ensuring high levels of service for Professional Services organization
    • Ensure the division members are informed about all processes, updates, change sin procedures etc.
    • Support the development of the data driven organization – creating relevant measures and dashboards
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee internal, cross-divisional projects, ensuring that goals are met and projects are delivered on time.
    • Work closely with other departments, including Finance, Sales, Legal to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
    • Ensure that all internal processes and projects are well-documented
    • Serve as the point of escalation for issues, troubleshooting problems, and guiding the team in implementing solutions.

  • Successfully completed university studies in economics, management, computer science or a comparable education in the banking or consulting environment 
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics, Power BI, Jira is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
