Your Responsibilities
As a Senior User Experience Designer for Lanscape, Turf and Pro Solutions within the John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group, you will collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Software team members to deliver a best-in-class user experience in web and mobile format for John Deere customers.
In addition, you will:
- Be responsible for feature definition and interactions across multiple product types and experiences
- Plan, coordinate, and perform UX interaction design and validation activities across multiple platforms with various customer types from a system design and data integration perspective.
- Collaborate with fellow UX Designers, Leads and Product Managers on solution concepts derived from user-centered system requirements
- Use designs, flows and diagrams to accelerate discussions and decisions early in and often in the product development process.
- Apply internal/external standards and best practices to create tangible visualizations that serve as the blueprint for product designers to turn a concept into a solution, while ensuring product styling is consistent with brand standards.

What Skills You Need
- 4 or more years of experience in the UX industry
- Experience planning, executing and analyzing UX / UI design projects, with a focus on user-centric solutions
- Visual interface design, as applied to web and mobile formats
- Experience applying User-Centered Design principles to complex interface problems
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as: engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders
- Experience of communicating research methodology, design concepts, data analysis, and test results to a broad range of stakeholders
- Experience with technology and product development processes
- Proficiency with Figma
- Experience creating wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Experience incorporating branding and common design system components and guidelines into product experiences
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to lead conversations, direct work for others, and diffuse conflicts
- Understanding of accessibility design and guidelines.

Education
Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent work experience in the following:
