Business Trainer (English&Russian) D. Kolb's Experiential Learning methodology

Mira Search, a leading recruitment agency based in Dubai, is hiring on behalf of our client, an international holding company specializing in developing and implementing advanced technologies, and innovative products.

Currently, they are looking for a Business Trainer (70-20-10 methodologyexperienced or David Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory experienced) for a new iGaming product.

What is important for the role

• ability to manage time effectively;
• ability to quickly deal with change;
• ability to convey information clearly, structuredly, and persuasively, both orally and in writing.

Requirements

• has experience in creating and conducting trainings and online courses for at least 1 year;
• knows how to work with programs for conducting online courses;
• has personal sales experience;
• proficiency in English and Russian language;
• possesses high-level public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• developing negotiation and sales skills for new employees;
• assessing the effectiveness of training;
• conducting classroom and online trainings;
• participation in projects to implement customer focus in the ecosystem;
• exchange of experience with business trainers from other countries in our ecosystem;
• group coordination;
• filling out reporting files;
• сommunication with those responsible;
• сreating requests to provide the required access.
