Our client, HopeLoveShine, a well-established USA-based e-commerce brand specializing in personalized gifts and jewelry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Brand Manager for a full-time remote work. This role is pivotal to scaling HopeLoveShines Amazon presence and enhancing product listing performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with leadership, providing strategic insights and growth options. Guide the team to scale the brands Amazon operations while keeping key stakeholders informed and involved.
  • Conduct an in-depth audit of the brands Amazon account, presenting a detailed initial analysis and actionable strategies to strengthen its marketplace position.
  • Evaluate PPC campaigns and SEO performance, with a strong ability to mathematically assess impacts and identify optimization opportunities. Provide data-driven insights without directly managing PPC or SEO, supporting and advising the team on enhancements.
  • Lead listing optimization efforts for key products, focusing on establishing and scaling brands top 5 items in global markets.
  • Manage a small team (3-4 members), ensuring tasks are executed efficiently. Oversee weekly reports, give feedback, and hold bi-weekly strategy meetings with leadership. Use the company's project management tool (Notion) to track and communicate progress.
  • Drive top-line growth by tracking key performance indicators and hitting sales targets.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost conversion rates and brand visibility. Use advanced sales strategies, develop and implement promotional activities (pricing strategies, coupons, deals, etc.) to maximize revenue and improve brand presence.
  • Coordinate new product launches, ensuring consistent branding and optimized market entry.
  • Regularly analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities, informing strategic decision-making.
  • Align inventory levels with marketing efforts, working closely with the supply chain team.
  • Provide regular, detailed reports on product performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Amazon experience, including Amazon brand management experience, with expertise in high-level strategic guidance, analytical evaluation, and global market scaling (preferably within an Amazon Service Agency or PL business offering products in beauty or fashion category).
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon fundamentals: listing creation, optimization, keyword research, and Amazon advertising.
  • Proficiency with tools like Helium 10 and Sellertools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with dashboards and tracking tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
