  • Support and guide Estonian Marketing organization.

  • Work closely with Brand teams, medical experts, therapeutic area leads, and external partners.

THE JOB is the healthy mix of

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Professional proficiency in English and native Estonian

  • Specialist knowledge in business support activities in the relevant area

  • Experience as a Sales and Marketing assistant or functional assistant

  • Knowledge of coordinating external engagements (contracting, bookings)

  • Proven experience in functional administrative work

  • Proactivity in ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal code of conduct

  • Ability to prioritize workload to achieve personal and organisational targets
