Job description

As our Performance Manager, you will act as an Engagement Lead (EL) for 3-6 hospital systems and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for 4-6 key metrics. Every day you will develop strategies to improve revenue cycle metrics while working closely with operations. You will audit, manage, monitor, report and present trends to leadership. You will also create bi-monthly packets of performance issues and lead bi-monthly Performance Management Meetings. To thrive in this role, you must have complete knowledge of the revenue cycle, project management and have outstanding communication skills.  

ponsibilities: 

  • You will monitor and analyze Revenue Cycle KPIs across facilities. As well as stay updated on Revenue Cycle trends affecting healthcare systems. 
  • You will need to collect, analyze, and present data for SME metrics. 
  • Associates must meet regularly with stakeholders to review analysis, identify improvements, and communicate financial impacts. 
  • Design and lead bi-weekly Performance Management calls. 
  • Provide advice and feedback to foster relationships between Site Leads and Shared Service Liaison. 
  • Assist Director in developing strategies to minimize metric degradation and suggest educational improvements. 
  • Perform quarterly on-site visits to clients and Shared Services.  

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Three or more years of management experience 
  • Five or more years’ experience working with hospitals in operations (e.g. Patient Access, CDM, revenue integrity, Patient Financial Services), compliance, clinical or finance areas 
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $71,930.00 - $109,236.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
