Summary
The Customer Quotation Coordinator will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that customers are billed according to the service they received. The Customer Quotation Coordinator will develop quotes by costing materials, supplies, and labor, calculating customer's payment, including deductibles and generating the invoice to be submitted to the customer for payment. The Customer Quotation Coordinator will possess a high level of attention to detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and excel under pressure. The Customer Quotation Coordinator maintains a general understanding of the repair process as it relates to Standard Repair Times and parts pricing which will appear on quote/ invoice to the customer.
