Hourly base pay rate is $21.06 - $31.63/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.
**Hybrid Role: In the office 3 days/wk and work from home 2 days/wk. Must be located in Burlington, VT; Irvine, CA; Atlanta, GA or Kansas City MO/KS.**
The Community Impact Analyst I is responsible for creating and maintaining an energetic workplace environment focused on a holistic and healthy lifestyle approach for maximized performance through community volunteer program, wellness and culture offerings. Leverages strategy with the goal of building brand trust, bolstering / protecting the company’s reputation, enhancing the communities where we operate, and reviving employee engagement.
This position is responsible for planning, marketing, and executing programs and events while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Tasks include building a variety of applicable employee engagement and performance focused offerings through volunteer programs that aligns with the organization’s social responsibility programs, internal advertisement through social channels, onsite building tours, group fitness, community outreach, socials, family and events.

Responsibilities:
Supports planning and management of Community impact events and activities.
Manages employee participation and volunteer programs, ensuring employees understand expectations, receive appropriate training and get necessary administrative and logistical support.
Promotes Company Sponsored Community volunteer opportunities
Set up team and individual volunteer days
Track and record community impact report through volunteer days
Assists with planning and management of special or larger events and activities
Point of contact and planning with community partners
Maintains volunteer supply inventory
Assists with designs marketing materials for Life Team
Bring Your Child to Work Day

Building tours
BTV Volunteer Program
Markets and promotes Life Team offerings through various methods
Social Media
MailChimp Newsletter
Sharepoint
Internal TV visual ads
Collaborates with Life Team, CEI Wellness Warriors, Dealer. FUN committee to help coordinate and expand upon events
Desire to teach virtual and in person Health and Wellness offerings
Work with communications and brands teams to develop and distribute information about employee engagement and company support for volunteer, giving and related activities.
Responsibilities may also include exposure to the following:
Coordinating with Local Business Partnership Program - Employee Discount Program
Supporting ERGs with their community engagement initiatives and design materials
Marketing and promoting Cox Wellness offerings
Offering virtual and/or inhouse wellness offerings
Manages MindBody software
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years experience in a related field
Knowledge of corporate wellness operations
Knowledge and passion Corporate Social Responsibility
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to deal with ambiguity
Effective at working independently as well as in collaboration with others and in a team environment
Ability to prepare and distribute routine promotional materials
Requires strong knowledge of computers (PC or Mac) and related software applications: MS Office Suite MailChimp, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, SharePoint (Mindbody Fitness Software a plus)
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Holds a high standard for customer service practices
Fundamentally believes in business imperative related to positive corporate cultures and employee wellbeing
Current certification CPR/AED/First aid - *required if teaching
Fitness related passions and certifications
