Cantina, founded by Sean Parker, is a new social platform with the most advanced AI character creator. Build, share, and interact with AI bots and your friends directly in the Cantina or across the internet.

Cantina bots are lifelike, social creatures, capable of interacting wherever humans go on the internet. A Bit About the Role:

As a Creator Evangelist, you’ll dive deep into Cantina, becoming a go-to expert on our app’s features and functionalities, including bot creation and live-stream integration. This new role is central to fostering a dynamic and thriving community, where you’ll support creators in producing engaging, viral content while driving excitement and brand awareness. You’ll serve as a mentor to new creators, a source of feedback to our development team, and an ambassador for Cantina’s presence on social media platforms.

What You’ll Do:

1. Become a Cantina Power User:

   • Spend 8+ hours per day engaging with Cantina, mastering the app’s features and actively using bots.

   • Explore and test app features to understand how to make them fun and engaging for a wide audience.

2. Guide and Onboard New Creators:

   • Help creators, streamers, and new users navigate the app, sharing best practices for bot creation and content development.

   • Provide personalized recommendations for bot use, guiding creators on how to integrate live-streaming features with Cantina.

3. Create & Review Engaging Content:

   • Produce high-quality, shareable images and videos that showcase the app and engage the community.

   • Offer feedback on content from other creators, helping to maintain brand quality and drive audience engagement.

4. Promote Brand Awareness on Social Media:

   • Share your personal experiences and exciting stories about Cantina on social media to draw in new users.

   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that increase brand awareness and community growth.

5. Provide Insightful Product Feedback:

   • Act as a valuable source of feedback, reporting on user experiences, trends, and potential improvements.

   • Contribute ideas to enhance the app’s features, drawing on your experience and user insights.

6. Stay Informed on Social Trends:

   • Keep up with current trends, influencers, and pop culture relevant to Cantina’s target audience.

   • Use this knowledge to craft content that is timely, engaging, and aligned with the latest trends.

A Bit About You:

• 1-2 years of experience as a content creator with 5+ viral pieces (1M+ views) and a 10k+ following.

• Deep knowledge of social platforms like TikTok, Twitter, Discord, and particularly on live-streaming platforms like Twitch and YouTube. 

• Proficient in photo and video editing to produce captivating visuals that draw audiences in. 

• Knack for crafting content and comfortably guiding others to get the most out of their Cantina experience. 

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with creators.

• Strong interest in social trends, AI, and emerging tech.

• Collaborative and motivated by community engagement. 

Location: 

We have offices located in Sunnyvale, CA, San Francisco, CA, and Brooklyn, NY. While we offer fully remote and hybrid employment opportunities, our team strongly desires candidates to be available to work Pacific Coast Hours.  

Pay Equity: 

In compliance with Pay Transparency Laws, the base salary range for this role is between $100,000-$150,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.

• Monthly Stipend — $500/month to use on whatever you’d like!
