ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deployment, the Trade Deployment Manager will work closely with the JUUL Brand Marketing team, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Sales Organization, and external production vendors. The ideal candidate should have project management and organizational skills and be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization. In this role you’ll be managing multiple projects at the same time delivering on specified key dates. You must have a strong understanding of convenience retail with significant Trade Marketing experience.

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to submit project briefs in a timely manner to deliver to key deadlines
  •  Manage the development and deployment of POS material including fixtures, collateral, and other tools
  • Manages ordering POS material for participating Chain Accounts around 6 promo cycles annually
  • Forecast and place printed POS orders through Production vendors to support Juul activations and initiatives
  • Manage allocation of 1M+ POS units across Sales Org and provide ordering guidance to ensure efficiencies
  • Interface with outside print Production vendor
  • Manage production projects including requests for quotes, tracking project statuses and delivery of assets
  • Source-to-Pay and invoicing process by submitting PR/POs across trade marketing and execution projects
  • Assist department with day-to-day processing of Procurement/Contracting/Sourcing related tasks as assigned
  • Manage Distributor Trade Show & B2B engagement process
  • Manage deployment and maintenance of Trade Show Kits

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
  • Customer-facing sales experience in convenience retail and tobacco/nicotine industry highly preferred
  • 5+ years of demonstrated people leadership of both field and key account sales organizations
  • Curiosity with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and tactfully communicate rationale to stakeholders

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree is a plus
