THE ROLE
We are looking for a Food Export Administrator on a 5 month Fixed Term Contract to join our team. The purpose of this role is to enable a major UK retailer to sell their own brand products across the globe. They need to have information about each of the products they are selling, such as the ingredient list, nutrition information, allergen information etc. In order to populate this information in a database they require details about each product. Products can be food or non-food.

Requirements
You will be responsible for:
The role involves:
Going onto the retailer’s specification system and opening the relevant specification sections.
Downloading a copy of the whole specification into a shared folder with the export company.
Going to the attachment section of the specification and locating specific attachments, details to be shared. These attachments are then downloaded into a shared folder with the export company.
Once the download is complete. The information must be added to a tracker.
Work is issued monthly, and we must provide the data for each line listed each month. This is to ensure the project is kept on track.
