Job description

Do Work that Matters ​​

As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:​​

  • Concierge and welcome calls​​

  • Missed payments and early-intervention collections​​

  • Simple customer service enquiries​

We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am – 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office​

Hours and training​​
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:​​

  • Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability per week, these would be split over 2 shifts​

  • Available to work from the Sydney office, 5 – 7 Central Avenue Eveleigh once a fortnight​​

  • Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability​​

  • Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, at 15 hours per week for 4 weeks. (dates and times to be confirmed)​

  • Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period​​

  • Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career​
