Job Description: Real Estate Support VA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented virtual assistant to provide comprehensive support across various tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in time management, communication, and technology


Responsibilities:

  • Email Management:
    Manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing emails
    Respond to emails promptly and professionally
    Filter and delegate emails as needed
  • Calendar Management:
    Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and deadlines
    Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling
  • Document Creation:
    Create and format professional documents, such as PowerPoint presentations and reports
    Conduct research and compile information as needed
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
    Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Real Estate Support:
    Conduct property research, including location analysis and market trends
    Assist with property listings and marketing materials
    Schedule property showings and meetings
  • Customer Service:
    Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
    Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and other communication channels

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required
