The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal products and driving automation initiatives within the company. This role requires a balance of technical skills and strategic thinking, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. Manage and optimize internal products aimed at automating and improving company processes.
Develop and execute product strategies that drive internal efficiency through automation.
Collaborate closely with development, operations, and support teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement automation solutions.
Configure and customize Jira workflows, integrate Jira with other tools, and enhance its usage within the company.
Use data analysis to inform product decisions and measure the impact of process improvements.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product goals.
Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on internal automation or process optimization.
Strong skills in Jira (workflow configuration, automation, and tool integration).
Basic to intermediate programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for database management, scripting, and task automation.
Understanding of CI/CD processes and basic DevOps principles is a plus.
Excellent analytical abilities, with a track record of using data to make informed decisions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps tools.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
