Job description

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager with a strong focus on internal automation and process optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing internal products and driving automation initiatives within the company. This role requires a balance of technical skills and strategic thinking, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize internal products aimed at automating and improving company processes.

  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive internal efficiency through automation.

  • Collaborate closely with development, operations, and support teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement automation solutions.

  • Configure and customize Jira workflows, integrate Jira with other tools, and enhance its usage within the company.

  • Use data analysis to inform product decisions and measure the impact of process improvements.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment on product goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on internal automation or process optimization.

  • Strong skills in Jira (workflow configuration, automation, and tool integration).

  • Basic to intermediate programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL) for database management, scripting, and task automation.

  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and basic DevOps principles is a plus.

  • Excellent analytical abilities, with a track record of using data to make informed decisions.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps tools.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
