Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Business Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving our SAP solutions to market, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and opportunities for SAP solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various methods to generate leads, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present tailored SAP solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials to effectively communicate our SAP offerings.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Support: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on SAP products and industry trends, ensuring the ability to effectively engage with clients.

Education

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or ERP sector.
  • Familiarity with SAP solutions and the ERP landscape is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Strong skills in cold calling, emailing, and other proactive outreach methods. Ability to effectively communicate value propositions and build initial interest.
