Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sr. Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is remote and requires a commitment of 2 months. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of a team responsible for delivering Salesforce.com solutions that support the development of new and existing program functionality. This role is pivotal in transforming our client's Sales and Service delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand, define, and document requirements
  • Working alongside Solution and technical architects to develop functional specifications documentation and use cases
  • Consulting, documenting, and maintaining operational process flows
  • Collaborating with Development, Config, and QA teams
  • Solving complex problems and developing innovative solutions while driving for OOTB solutions on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Reviewing technical solutions for compliance with business processes and objectives
  • Planning, prioritizing, and delivering systems enhancements


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of implementation experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service clouds
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM products, including workflows, process builders, validation rules, and security controls
  • Proven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce Einstein
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Health benefits administration (HSA, FSA and Cobra, etc.) business processes
  • Experience in Lead to Cash, Issue to Resolution business processes
  • Experience in working on an agile scrum team
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Consulting Cloud Certification in Sales and/or Service is preferred
  • Salesforce Knowledge AI preferred
  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
