Job description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a knack for problem-solving.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for performing detailed, high-volume testing of data sources, extracting information from machine-readable files (MRFs), and ensuring the end-user environment is both visible and delivering accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing, testing, debugging, implementing, maintaining, and/or enhancing new or existing systems through comprehensive reporting and documentation.
  • Developing and maintaining bug process.
  • Documenting metrics and process changes, and effectively maintaining process and workflow documentation.
  • Participating in related activities to ensure project progresses on schedule.
  • Acting as a liaison with internal and external partners for problem resolution.
  • Creating and managing tickets.
  • Representing the customer and/or stakeholder (internal/external) while collaborating with business and technical units.
  • Maintaining client mapping, and other content, processes, and procedures.


Required Skills and Experiences:

  • 3+ years' related experience or a Bachelor's degree. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience will be considered.
  • Advanced collaborative, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Ability to make decisions based on analysis and business needs.


Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of SAP, Visio, or other software programs.
