JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for securing estimate appointment and/or repair appointment from insurance referrals and lead generations programs
  • Function as an expeditor of claims referrals and client escalations
  • Review, obtain, and/or confirm customer information as required by the Insurer and effectively schedule an appointment with the designated collision repair facility
  • Keep up-to-date on shop preferences, carrier requests, and provide updates as required and within deadlines utilizing internal and external systems
  • Provide customers with general information on what to expect during the repair experience as to manage customer expectations
  • Meeting set team and individual targets
  • Effective utilization of all system tools and resources
  • Proper documentation and communication

  • Ability to maintain composure in difficult situations
  • Required to work some varying shifts including evenings and weekends

Compensation Range:

$11.50 - $20.90

Compensation Frequency:

Monthly

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
