Job description

Strengthen our team in full-time (40 hrs./week) as Senior Conversational UX Designer (m/f/d) within Germany or UK remotely or at one of our office locations.

This position will play a crucial role in designing a cutting-edge AI/NLP education engine.

Tasks

Lead the design of a sophisticated AI/NLP and data-driven education engine.
Design user interfaces (UI), user experiences (UX), and conversational aspects tailored for learners.
Quickly turn conceptual ideas into prototypes, design user and dialog flows based on data analysis and user research.
Gather feedback, iterate, and deliver products with an outstanding user experience.
Continuously enhance the overall product experience.

Profile

Expertise in designing innovative interfaces for learners across mobile, web, speaking assistants, and VR, with a focus on content creation and consumption.
Proven experience in UX and UI design, having led multiple projects from strategy to launch, showcasing a keen attention to detail.
Deep understanding of conversational UI design principles to enhance user interaction.
Skilled in developing prototypes, MVPs, and final products within fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven design practices, along with modern design and collaboration tools.
Experience with front-end programming is a plus.
Fluent in German and English.
