Job description

Promaton is changing the dental healthcare landscape by automating treatment planning workflows using AI, making healthcare more affordable and accessible for everyone. We are on a mission to eliminate errors in dentistry by improving diagnostic accuracy, and automating treatment planning workflows, see our company page to learn more about what we do.

We are a leader in automating dental treatment planning & design. We’ve started our journey in 2017, and we are one of the first in the world to provide high quality dental treatment planning automation in implantology. Since 2020 we’ve partnered with Straumann Group to maximize our global reach. We’ve started by building key AI building blocks such as CBCT and optical scan segmentation, and have now progressed into design & treatment planning automation in three dental clinical domains (implantology, restorative design and orthodontics). Our team is leveraging the latest innovation (e.g. in generative AI and web frontend for treatment planning in 3D) and is highly specialized in both R&D and bringing new services into production.

About us

Promaton is a seven year old startup based in Amsterdam, and part of the Straumann Group. Co-founded by two friends - an implantologist and an AI specialist - we are building a number of algorithms that automate dental treatment workflows (such as guided implantology, restorative treatment planning and orthodontic treatment planning).

We are a group of 50+ strongly connected people with a passion for technological innovation in healthcare, and we maintain a culture based around honesty, transparency and a passion to build technology that improves healthcare.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical insights to data on various modalities such as x-rays, optical scans or CBCTs

  • Create data annotations guidelines to enhance clarity and accuracy

  • Review and validate the accuracy of data annotations

  • As subject matter expert, provide feedback and recommendations for improving annotation quality and reliability

Perks
  • 🏡  Freedom to work from anywhere you like (and any time you like). We only have a few touch points

  • 💪  Loads of responsibility and autonomy, almost no bureaucracy and a chance to make a real impact
