Join NATEK on a position of PMO and support our German customer in the delivery and successful completion of projects.

Your Responsibilities


  • Project schedule organization (planning, participation, follow-up work)
  • Spatial planning within the supervised projects
  • Travel organization within the supervised projects
  • OPL tracking (open point list) within the supervised projects
  • Maintenance of MA/contact lists within the supervised projects Onboarding/offboarding of project staff
  • Logging
  • Project documentation and monitoring
  • Project communication (intranet, newsletter, circular)
  • Events (planning, implementation, follow-up work)


Our Requirements


  • 3 years of experience as a PMO or similar role
  • Fluent German and English
  • Self-motivated person, able to take ownership and drive the tasks to closure
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time
