• Create engaging and thoughtful written content to support grant-writing tools and B2B/B2C audiences, including blogs, email content, and brand messaging. Client to provide guidelines. 
   
• Develop simple, creative graphics and visual elements using tools like Canva to enhance written content.
   
• Collaborate closely with the team to implement a content strategy, focusing on quality and brand alignment.
   
• Use generative AI tools to streamline content creation while maintaining a human touch in creativity and editorial tone.
   
• Contribute editorial ideas and creativity to make content more engaging, relevant, and aligned with company values and audience needs.
   
• Proofread and refine content to ensure clarity, tone, and adherence to brand standards.
   

The Requirements

• Strong written communication skills, with an ability to generate interesting, non-formulaic content.
• Basic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva for creating visuals to accompany content.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and the ability to creatively incorporate them into content development.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to new processes, and communicate openly with a remote team.
• Sense of humor, confidence, and the creativity to think outside the box in content creation.

• Experience in grant writing or an interest in the nonprofit sector.
• Passion for working in a collaborative, flexible role within a small team.
• Knowledge of or interest in learning about generative AI applications in content creation.
