The Customer Service Representative provides professional and efficient order management and fulfillment services to Nokian Tyres’ customers and Field Sales team.   He/She strives to retain present customers and develop new business by creating a superior service experience, suggesting additional services and products to serve customers’ needs.  

Responsibilities 

  • Receives incoming customer orders by phone, email and Salesforce; ensures accurate and timely entry to order processing system (Oracle).  
  • Responds to customer inquiries regarding order status and changes in a timely manner.
  • Upholds Nokian mission and values, while demonstrating supporting behaviors in day-to-day actions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.  
  • Basic working knowledge of Salesforce.com and/or Oracle (order entry processes).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Service-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Bilingual skills a plus (French, Spanish) 
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States - this position will not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
  • Must live within commuting distance of the location.
