Job Title: Social Media Manager – Remote 

Position Overview: 

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media ad campaigns to expand our reach and increase engagement with our B2B audience. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with experience in B2B advertising and a passion for engaging, targeted marketing in the clinical research or healthcare market. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, design, and deploy social media ad campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, etc. to reach our target B2B audience. 

  • Create and manage content calendars that align with brand strategy and business objectives. 

  • Utilize analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness, optimize ad spend, and report on key metrics. 

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic search ranking. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy. 

  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, industry changes, and emerging technologies to ensure optimal performance. 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with B2B marketing. 

  • Proven experience in B2B social media management, SEO, and advertising. 

  • Demonstrated ability to create effective social media ads on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook. 

  • Proficiency with social media analytics and ad management tools. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the clinical research or healthcare industry. 

  • Knowledge in the staffing industry.
