Job description

Your mission
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory developments in the fintech, PSP, iGaming, and cryptocurrency sectors across LATAM.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic guidance to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
  • Assess the impact of new laws and regulations on business operations, advising on necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee corporate law matters, including company formation, restructuring, and governance across LATAM jurisdictions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with local corporate regulations and best practices in the region.
  • Manage licensing applications and regulatory filings for fintech (PSP, iGaming, and crypto operations) in LATAM.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and legal advisors to secure necessary approvals and maintain good standing.
  • Provide legal advice and support to business units on regulatory matters, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including compliance, finance, and operations, to ensure a unified approach to regulatory compliance.
Your profile
  • Law degree Γ‚ with specialization in corporate or regulatory law.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal role within the fintech, PSP, iGaming, or cryptocurrency sectors.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM regulatory environments, with proven experience in managing cross-border legal matters.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions in a fast-paced environment.
