Job Description:

WE WELCOME REMOTE CANDIDATES RESIDING IN THE US.

As the Associate Director, Analytics you will lead the development of data-driven solutions for clients – including report automation and analysis – with the objective of optimizing the performance of media plans. The Associate Director will manage data and insight delivery processes, inspire creativity, and ensure all around team success.

You will be execution-focused and manage data challenges in all phases of media performance. You can manage complexity while collaborating across teams, experience within a matrixed organization, and comfort with a lean operating environment that uses automation.

You will have a natural curiously, going beyond reporting to peel away the layers of data to suggest constructive tests, advanced analytics engagements, consumer deep dives, and competitive opportunities that help improve business performance on a regular basis. You will report to the SVP, Analytics

  • You will implement overall media measurement strategy on behalf of clients, including reporting, measurement, learning agendas, and test design

  • You will understand core client challenges, and develop relevant measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, in-flight optimization levers, and learning priorities

  • You will work with internal and client teams to identify needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to optimize media performance

  • You will guide the creation of reporting through automated processes, consolidating data from many sources into a cohesive view of performance

  • You will improve the quality of reporting by creating easy to follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards that important partners will use to make informed decisions

  • You will ensure understanding between daily analytics support and approved measurement frameworks

  • You will prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audience

  • You will participate in team-wide culture of learning by staying current on current industry trends, developments in methodologies and technologies

  • You will have 6+ years relevant Media or Analytics experience in an agency environment

  • You will have Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in a quantitative field (statistics, economics) or with relevant coursework

  • You will understand digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics

  • You will have experience with data from digital media platforms (e.g. DCM, SA360, TTD, FB, etc.)

  • You will demonstrate understanding of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance

  • You will have knowledge of Google Analytics/Omniture

  • You will have knowledge of Datorama, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar dashboard products

  • You will have knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, tracking implementation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
