Position Summary:

The Managed Cloud/Network Services Offer Director is responsible for the entire planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including defining the product vision, gathering and prioritizing offer and customer requirements, and working closely with the Delivery, MS Business Development, General Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement and others to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Director’s job also includes ensuring that the Cloud/Network offer supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

• Analyze current Cloud/Network services offerings, productize services, and create new service offerings
• Deliver Service Definitions and Service Requirements Documents with prioritized capabilities and corresponding justification
• Build the business plan and financial business case to support the investments required
• Create a short-, mid- and long-term strategy to drive managed services and maximize value delivered to customers
• Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, delivery operations, product managers, and data science to define services scope, pricing
• Develop deep understanding of current customers, market landscape, and strategies to position managed services as a differentiator
• Analyze and document operational and technology differentiators relative to competition
• Deeply understand IT Operations and Tools/Technologies required to support the offer
• Understand delivery cost structures and create pricing models
• Work with marketing to develop positioning, sales tools and customer-facing documents, such as Scope of Service descriptions
• Perform competitive analysis to set future direction of managed services
• Support beta program with early-stage service offers
• Be viewed as a leader within the company

Experience

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cloud/Network Owner or Product Manager
• Demonstrated success defining and launching services offers
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time
• Able to provide examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
