JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Are you ready to build a strong foundation for your career in real estate? The Greystar Summer Internship Program offers a 10-week immersive experience where you’ll develop new skills and gain hands-on experience with the leading multifamily real estate developer, investor, owner, and operator.
As a Greystar intern, you’ll be exposed to all facets of our business. Your journey will be enriched through daily work experiences, intern events, and workshops including:

The Greystar Intern Program will run from June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025.
This internship can be remote, with the option for a hybrid schedule if you are located near our Charleston, SC, or Houston, TX office locations. We encourage local interns to take advantage of this flexibility and engage in person as needed.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Join our US Property Marketing team for an engaging internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience within the Marketing Operations team at Greystar. This program is designed to provide you with exposure to key marketing functions, building foundational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Designed to develop foundational skills, this program offers two focused tracks, each providing a unique view into core property marketing functions.
Intern Track 1: Property Marketing Support & Visual Media
Content Management: Ensure all marketing materials, such as property videos, floor plans, photos, logos, and branding, meet legal and Greystar standards
Internal Support: Assist teams by providing help desk support and improving communication.
CRM: Utilize Salesforce to drive engagement, utilization and manage Greystar standards
Intern Track 2: Customer Insights & Satisfaction
Customer Experience: Gather and assess customer input to understand and outline business needs
Analytics: Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) used for evaluating customer satisfaction and business impact across all relevant channels
Relationship Building: Communicate client and customer feedback to team members to implement action plans for improvement
A Day in the Life: As a Marketing Operations intern, you’ll engage with various functions and teams, providing you with a holistic view of how Greystar approaches property marketing. Responsibilities include:
Supporting projects and daily activities alongside cross-functional teams.
Completing training programs to deepen your understanding of Greystar’s marketing operations.
Conducting research on your track’s focus area and presenting findings in a capstone project.
Assisting senior team members with reporting and analysis for data-driven marketing initiatives.
Contributing to special projects, working with other Greystar teams to meet shared goals.
Creating process documentation to support team efficiency and knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a 2-year undergraduate college or 4 -year undergraduate college or university degree program.
Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Construction Management, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, PR, or related fields.
Graduating between December 2025 and May 2027
The compensation range for this position is $21-$23/hour.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
