ChemTreat hiring an experienced Senior Sales Leader in the Benelux region!

ChemTreat is a leading science and technology innovator committed to helping our customers solve complex challenges and improving the quality of life around the world. We design large-scale industrial water treatment programs to help improve operating efficiency, protect equipment assets, and meet environmental goals.

What You'll Do:

You will set up the ChemTreat market in the Benelux by implementing innovative sales strategies to start the sales and profit margins within the Benelux. Your focus is acquiring new business and managing the business sold within the Benelux while strengthening relationships with your new customers. Each day you will be on the road exploring the Benelux market, to perform water analysis and engage in advanced problem-solving to apply appropriate chemical solutions. You will communicate these results to your customers using your excellent written and verbal skills, preferable you are next to fluent in English, well around in Dutch (and/or French)

About You: 

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience with a water treatment company providing like services to ChemTreat
  • You have a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Proven track record of growing sales business, maintaining their clients, well connected and respected across the industry
  • Very experienced in the water treatment industry selling and servicing the chemical treatment programs for customers
  • You are the expert and very knowledgeable of water treatment customers within the region along with the strong individual competitors in region
  • You are a driven, high-performing, self-starting professional who enjoy talking with others and thrives in an entrepreneurial setting
  • You are self-starting, over achiever, looking to make a long-term career move where you can be highly rewarded based on performance
  • You enjoy taking ownership in helping build a world class operation in region
  • Proven advancement within water treatment company achieving a manager level job, i.e. account, area, corporate account, Key account, district, regional or general sales manager.


Must-Have:

Industrial Water Treatment Experience
A valid Driver's License
Must live in the Benelux, EU area by your start date
