Aviation Operations and Sales Executive required by a leading Fortune 100 company and leading supplier of aviation services!

The Aviation Operations and Sales Executive will target, sell, plan, coordinate, implement, and finalise projects in conjunction with the global operations centre, operations staff and management, and other WFS departments to effectively project manage the company’s crew services offering to the aviation market.  The position will develop a wider portfolio from an existing client base and project manage.

Core duties:

• Ensure clients’ operational requirements meet regulatory and logistical specifications from initial planning through completion of project for ferry, demonstration, and/or observer flights. 
• Maintain all pertinent records directly related to crew service business activity in accordance to company and department policies and procedures
• Manage and support client accounts directly related to crew service business activity in combination with additional internal supporting departments (i.e. accounting, collections).
• Provide operational support and operational details to the Operation’s Team to ensure that all of the clients’ needs are met in accordance to company and department policies and procedures.

The Individual

• Operations experience within the commercial aviation industry is essential.
• Familiarity of flight crew regulatory requirements and an understanding of specific aircraft performance is essential.    
• Ability to travel some is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
• Strong analytical skills are essential.
