Summary
Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of scalable business solutions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver custom applications that streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business success.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develops applications using low-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft PowerApps, Instanda, GhostDraft, Unqork, etc.) to quickly deliver scalable solutions.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional low-code applications.
- Maintains and enhances existing low-code applications by troubleshooting issues and implementing new features.
- Designs, develops, and implements customized solutions within Salesforce using Salesforce Configuration, Mulesoft, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Manages Salesforce integrations with other internal and third-party applications.
- Customizes Salesforce applications to support business processes, including workflows, validation rules, and automation.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Business Users, etc.) to design, test, and deploy custom applications.
- Conducts code reviews, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable applications.
- Provides technical documentation and training to ensure seamless adoption and use of the developed solutions.
Qualifications
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two (2) or more years Experience with Salesforce development (Salesforce Adminstration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, etc.).
Two (2) or more years Experience with low-code platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps, Instanda, Forms Generation tools, Web Content Management, Unquork, or similar.
Two (2) or more years Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python).
One (1) or more years Experience with integration tools such as MuleSoft or similar API-based integration platforms.
One (1) or more years Property and Casualty Insurance industry experience.
One (1) or more years Experience in business process automation and streamlining workflows
Skills
Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices for
customization.
Understanding of development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Planning, organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
