Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Core Product team.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans and manage schedules, resources, and risks.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the project team, ensuring clear communication of progress, challenges, and milestones.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics, deliverables, and timelines, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.

    We expect from you:

    • 5+ years of project management experience in rapidly growing tech products.
    • Proficiency with project management tools like Jira or similar.
    • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • High adaptivity to changes.
    • Technical background will be considered as an asset.
    • Fluent Russian speaker.
    • Level of English - B2.
