About the Role:

As the Med Line Specialist (Remote in AZ), you play an instrumental role in our patients’ treatment as you help our providers with managing patient medications. You are responsible for thorough, accurate reporting and documentation of refill requests, in addition to any point of service patient care issues that can be resolved via the patient portal or our med line.

Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm PT

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties required to complete the medication reconciliation process for patients
  • Answer live patient calls from patients regarding prescriptions and helping with prescription and prior authorization troubleshooting. 
    • E-prescriptions refills, prescription refills received via facsimile, and oral prescriptions via Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Manage tasks and messages from front office and providers.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience managing prescription refill requests. 
  • Certification as a Pharmacy Tech or Medical Assistant
  • Experience in behavioral health preferred. 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and oral.
