Job description

We are an iGaming company, founded four years ago by a group of dedicated professionals. Currently, our team consists of over 1000 individuals. Our portfolio includes more than 10 successful brands operating in countries of levels 1-3.

As our company grows and the volume of projects increases, the workload has expanded significantly. An additional Technical Manager is essential for timely and effective task management, as our current Technical Manager is the only one in this role. This new team member will ensure continuity during times of absence, such as sick leave or vacations, and provide additional support for high-demand periods.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer corporate IT infrastructure services.
  • Implement and automate business tasks using technical tools.
  • Maintain the stability of current projects and support new launches.
  • Increase the efficiency of the existing service stack.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and continuous monitoring, with incident response as needed.
  • Manage IT services (setup, reporting, payment) and support services within Google and Microsoft tenants.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, handle domains and DNS records, and manage access controls, user groups, and policies.
  • Research, implement, and improve infrastructure solutions; automate business tasks where feasible.
  • Maintain and update knowledge bases, documentation, and tables; support API integrations and deployment of websites, landing pages, and scripts.
  • Provide technical specifications and guidance for developers and DevOps engineers, escalating complex hosting and server issues as needed.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with task management and ticketing systems.
  • Working knowledge of Google and Microsoft tenants.
  • Experience with servers and hosting providers.
  • Proficiency with Linux OS.
  • Understanding of PHP and Apache2.
  • Knowledge of network routing principles.
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with API integrations.
  • Knowledge of Amazon CloudFront, Cloudflare.
  • Ability to write bash scripts.
