This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.


Position: Freelance Tech Recruiter

Location: EMEA

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidates (no base salary!)

Please note you need to be available immediately. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, attract, and engage top tech talent for various technical roles
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing channels
  • Work directly with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to drive successful recruitment placements
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates on recruitment activities
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers like a pro as and when needed. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trends
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Full availability between 8-8 Mon-Fri GMT in line with UK office
  • Important you have your own access to LinkedIn (Minimum) Sales Navigator and have circa 10,000 connections
  • Great time management, responsiveness and organizational abilities.
