If you have

  • Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
  • Problem solving skills involving several concrete variables in or from standardized situations
  • Ability to perform basic functions of arithmetic:  add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure
  • Ability to perform reading, writing and speaking at a basic level
  • Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills

 A typical day may look like this: 

  • Setup and run the machine with maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Operate machine using measuring tools
  • Understanding of work tolerances
  • Monitoring work quality
  • Keep tooling and work organized
  • Reading and signing of paperwork
  • Fill out production log daily         
  • 100% Standing/sitting (employee preference)
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs.
  • 5 -10% shifting or bending
